Tip: Feet Reflexes

Need more pep in your step? Who knew it could be achieved, just by soaking your feet!

What you need:
A basin or tub of warm water.
Your favorite soak.

What to do:
Put your favorite soak into the water.
Toss marbles into water.

Here's the fun part:
Roll your feet over the marbles. You are now stimulating your feet's reflex points.
