I have been advised of an excellent opportunity for Canadian companies that produce organic, eco-friendly beauty care products in large packaging (creams and shampoos in packaging larger than 750 ml) and/or “kits of products” (i.e.. a kit containing eye shadow and eye liners) to Wal-Mart Brazil. Wal-Mart has highlighted that these items are intended to target the general public and should not be high-end products as pricing is a decisive factor.
Wal-Mart Brazil is actively engaged in diversifying its portfolio and will be pleased to receive proposals from Canadian companies that match their desired profile through the assistance of the Trade Commissioner Service in São Paulo.
